Hypnosic Mic AMV Hypmic got me back into A Lot Of Things when it comes to fan behavior, and one of those just happened to be AMV making... This is were it all began again for me... be warned of the DDR-styled AMV, as it has bright and flashing lights. Nothing will ever make me laugh as hard as Hypmic.

If you've seen my hypmic stuff, you'll know that I was churning out KuuIchi stuff like crazy because I was a starved fujo, and this extended to AMVs haha! I took it upon myself to make a ~2006 DDR inspired amv ! ❤ the hub urned out to be super time consuming, and it still bugs me that I couldn't find a way to imitate the groove meter going up and down... so was mixing in the classic DDR sfx's...I first drafted a version with CANDY ♥ by Ryu Kosaka for a more "classic DDR" feel, but ultimately decided on SYNCHRONIZED LOVE: and then I thought about using the Millenium Ventura Mix featured in the Dancemania SPEED BEST 2001 album, but settled with the Red Monster Hyper Mix just because I think it suits ノバス better...! Hope this brings you down memory lane ^3^ BTW not a lot of footage as I made this when RA+ only had aired like, 6 episodes? I got impatient and greedy in my quest for Kuko/Ichiro, sorry u_u

I'm laughing and I don't even know were to begin explaining for those who don't speak Spanish! Reggaeton fits Hypmic like a glove and it's a damn shame that the world will miss on that due to language barriers... This song is on my samaichi playlist haha, trust me, I made it fit most of the AMV! I decided to make fun of Ichiro's new-media-new-boyfriend aka Tom. I also left Samatoki's laugh during the first Todos los hombres son iguales el diferente soy yo [TL: All men are the same, but I'm different] 'cause it made me laugh how well it went with the cocky tone of the song. Rhyme Anima was a blast during the COVID lockdown, it had me laughing until I cried at how ridiculous it was and that's coming from a hypmic drama track + ARB gacha lover...!

This is the very first AMV I made and uploaded on my yt channel after my eternal break from them as a kid! I was so into SMIC that when the anime came out I needed to make something with any of the songs on my samaichi playlist. And I was feeling kinda melancholic due to the COVID lockdown so I used a relatively bitter reggaeton track. It's short and it ends abruptly because the editor I was using wouldn't let me make videos longer than 2 minutes... I still look back on this one quite fondly. The song mostly goes: Maybe I was too ignorant, and there are things that we don't know, maybe I didn't do my bit--but you did less. Solitude doesn't scare me, but I don't like sleeping all alone so I don't know why we argue, consiering we love each other, I know that sometimes we fight but it's good when we fuck. If you want to we can stay as friends, amidst your bad choices I wasn't one of them--come back. etcetc... too lazy to end the TL fot the bit. This song gets meme'd on a lot and I totally get it haha

Another song from my SMIC playlist! This one is also reggaeton but quite bitter in tone; by Chilean artist Young Cister feat Haitian born-Chilean upbringing artist Polimá Westcoast. As a funny tidbit, both of them are anime otaku LOL. I do love their angst despite how ridiculous they are towards each other, well, you can see how they were my main yaoi cocaine supply. The clips are fitted to the song as best as I could, but I was still wonky in my editing and timing skills u_u wish I could remake this one with the new footage from the second anime integrated into it and better timings...Anyway, Samatoki's biggest canonical crime is being Ichiro's landlord according to one of the mangas and an offhand live comment LMAO.
