I cried when the store-clerk handed me the game's box after paying for it and she cooed at me...anyway.
I don't know, I have to replay this one. The gameplay is amazing, 99.9% of the worlds are enjoyable, the mini-games and stuff such as cooking with Remi are super entertaining. The story itself... I have my quips about it, from the fact that games are now incomplete and you've got to pay a DLC for the full game--which is absurd-- to how it seems SNS affects the vision of the team working on the game. While it's true that the game leads you by the nose on a surface level, some stuff felt underwhelming in the sense that it felt more like ticking stuff from a checklist...which is sad. I'm also not a big fan of the 3D models, if only because they're less expressive which is incredible, considering they've got more disc space now and less tech constraints? Toybox was delightful to have after a decade, though. Chikai is beautiful, everyone say thank you Utada Hikaru.
