I had so much fun playing this one! My brother got if for me as a birthday present and it made the loss of one of our cats much more manageable... Everyone says farming and blacksmithing is tedious, but I found it entertaining enough? Like, if you're playing a little bit every day instead of hours on end, it's SUPER manageable!! You just gotta take it easy... The gameplay is rally fun as well, the combo counter will only go up until 99 hits tho... I'm sorry Toshizo... Anyway this was super good, I'd say it's my favorite spin-off but that'd be false as I really really like OTE as well and I haven't played KENZAN! [Yet.]
I can forgive the subpar romance only 'cause it was necessary for the game to be as full of fujo-bait as it was without getting into trouble with SEGA hahaha. Unrequited Izo➜Takechi left me speechless. The insane levels of moe reached by Hajime-chan errr Sakamoto Ryoma made me throw up blood.
